Images of Hiroshima on the anniversary of the US atomic bombing of the city on August 6th, 1945.

On August 6th each year, the city of Hiroshima holds the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Ceremony in memory of the victims of the atomic bombs and to pray for the realisation of lasting world peace.
